瑞典非正规成人教育发展经验研究

摘要

瑞典非正规成人教育形式灵活、内容丰富、以融入民众日常生活为基本价值取向、与正规教育体系有良好的衔接渠道；政府为其提供了系统的法律保障，制定了明确的发展策略；瑞典非正规成人教育主要通过学习圈和民众中学两种形式完成，它们分别通过不同的组织方式，满足了民众终身学习的需求。这些因素共同促使非正规成人教育在瑞典深入人心，民众参与率和积极性都很高。%The form of folkbildning in Sweden is flexible, its content is rich, and its basic value is to integrate into people' s daily life, it can transform freely with the formal education system, it also has sound legal system protection and clear development strategy. The study circles and folk high schools are the most important parts of folkbildning, through different organizations they meet the different need of people.
