工党是澳大利亚政坛上的一支重要力量，其历史悠久，党建经验丰富。自2007年至今，工党蝉联澳大利亚政坛。工党的发展历程，一定程度上也反映了澳大利亚的现代化进程。目前的工党，在指导思想、群众基础、与其他社会团体的关系等方面都经历了一系列的调整和改革。尽管工党在党建中也面临许多挑战，但通过总结其党建经验，能对中国共产党加强党的建设、提高执政能力有一定的现实意义。%The Labor is an important force in Australian politics, which has a long history and experience in party construction. Since 2007, the Labor is ruling in Australia. To some extent, Labor’s development also reflects the modernization process of Australia. Now, the Labor has made a series of adjustment and reform in its guiding ideology, mass base and the relationship between other social organizations. The Labor is facing some challenges,but it has many experience of party building. Through summarizing its experience, it has certain parctical significance to improve the ruling ability of the CPC.
