角色危机与现代教育转型

Role crisis is a new angle to explore the development of teachers' professional development and the transformation of modern education. Teachers often face the "lack of talent crisis", "relationship crisis", "expected crisis" and "capacity crisis". The last one is a big scale, which is closely related to the "expected crisis". It shows that education must recover one's original simplicity.
