角色危机与现代教育转型

     

摘要

Role crisis is a new angle to explore the development of teachers' professional development and the transformation of modern education. Teachers often face the "lack of talent crisis", "relationship crisis", "expected crisis" and "capacity crisis". The last one is a big scale, which is closely related to the "expected crisis". It shows that education must recover one's original simplicity. Teachers should strive to improve their own level, be calm to deal with external expectations and complex relationships, and then to promote professional development and strive to improve their own level, to resolve the "capacity crisis".%角色危机是探讨教师专业发展和现代教育转型的新角度.教师经常面临"人才危机"、"关系危机"、"期望危机"和"水平危机"."水平危机"大规模出现,与"期望危机"密切相关,表明教育亟须返璞归真.教师要努力提升自身水平,冷静对待外在期望和复杂关系,然后才能推动专业发展和现代教育转型,化解"人才危机".
