基于游客再宿意愿的旅游民宿开发经营策略研究

     

摘要

With the increasingly preference on leisure tourism , those home-stay hotels attached to the scenic areas is growing rapidly , yet the competition is also increasingly fierce . However , to attract tourists , find out the key factor of business success and build up competitive advantage has become an important research topic for home-stay operators . On the basis of reviewing literature , this paper has done a random questionnaire survey on 500 home-stay visitors . By using the method of reliability test and variance analysis , this paper analyzes the influential factors of tourists' motive and satisfaction . Meanwhile , it also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for home-stay hotels to establish the competitive advantage so as to offer references to home-stay operators .%伴随着游客对休闲度假旅游的日益偏爱,依附风景名胜区的民宿在快速成长,并且竞争也日益激烈。民宿的经营者如何吸引旅游者入住、如何找出经营成功的关键因素以及如何建立竞争优势就成为一项重要的研究课题。文章在文献探讨的基础上,随机选择500名民宿游客进行问卷调查,引入信度检验和方差分析的方法,分析游客选择民宿的动机、游客对民宿满意度的影响因素,提出民宿经济建立竞争优势的对策和建议,以供民宿经营者参考采用。
