丙三醇中1-芳基苯并f喹啉衍生物的三组分一锅法合成

     

摘要

Taking benzaldehyde, naphthalene-2-amine, Meldrum acid as raw materials and glycerol as organic reaction solvent and catalyzer, a series of l-aryl-l,2-dihydrobenzo[/]quinolin-3(4H)-one derivatives were synthesized by a three-component one-pot reaction on condition that there was backflow here. This method exhibited the advantage of milder reaction condition, greater yield, simple post-treatment, and en-vironmen-friendliness. The structure of the product was characterized by spectroscopy with IR and NMR.%以芳醛、2-萘胺和Meldrum酸为原料,在回流条件下丙三醇作为有机反应溶剂和催化剂,通过三组分一锅反应,合成一系列的1-芳基苯并[f]喹啉衍生物.该方法具有反应条件温和、产率较高、后处理简单、环境友好等优点,产物的结构通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱进行表征.
