考虑风电场并网的电力系统短期多目标经济调度

         

摘要

The advantages of wind power make its installed capacity increasing continually in power system. Due to the stochastic and intermittent characteristics of wind speed, the power grid is confronted with the security challenge when large-capacity wind power is connected with it. The new demands is presented for modification of traditional power system economic dispatch. On the basis of wind speed and wind power forecasting, the total cost function of wind farm was taken into short-term scheduling model and the wind power was modified. At the same time, the influence of fluctuation of wind power on grid security and scheduling strategy was taken into consideration, the adjusting quantity function of wind farm power was added to the multi-objective optimization model of short-term economic dispatch of power system. A typical example was used to show how to find the optimal solution and reasonable economic dispatch scheme with vector-evaluation genetic algorithm (VEGA). The result showed that this model exhibited its the feasibility and effectiveness.%风力发电的优势使得风电装机容量在电力系统中不断增加,但风速的随机性和间歇性使大规模风电并网后会对电网的安全性造成影响,这对传统的电力系统经济调度问题提出新的要求.在风速和风功率预测的基础上,将风电场运行时的总费用函数纳入到短期经济调度模型中,并对风电功率进行修正.同时考虑到风电功率的波动对电网安全性和调度策略的影响,在模型中加入风电场功率调整量函数,从而建立考虑风电场的电力系统短期经济调度多目标优化模型.采用向量评价遗传算法(VEGA)对一典型算例进行优化求解,确定合理的经济调度方案,验证该模型的可行性和有效性.
