给出一种组合型线的变截面涡旋压缩机几何模型,建立其容积、气体力及摩擦损失等的数学模型,通过Newton-Raphson数值方法对损失模型进行求解,得出摩擦损失功率、电动机轴功率及机械效率在不同转速下的变化曲线.通过对其曲线规律的分析,得出主轴承的摩擦损失是影响机械效率的主要因素,在优化及实际生产中应予以重视.%Geometrical model for a scroll compressor with combined scroll profile and variable scroll thickness was given out. Mathematic models of chamber volume, gas force, and frictional loss of this compressor were established. The friction model was solved with Newton-Raphson's numerical method, so that the variation of friction loss power, shaft power, and mechanical efficiency of the compressor with different rotating speed were obtained It was concluded that friction loss of the main bearing was the main influencing factor of mechanical efficiency when the variation pattern was analyzed. A great attention should be paid to this main factor during the process of optimization and manufacturing of scroll compressors.
