介绍直齿圆锥齿轮在CATIA中参数化建模的原理、过程、方法和人机界面,探讨基于手工创建参数化圆锥齿轮模板、利用关键参数变量驱动模型自动更新的相关问题,实现轿车差速器直齿圆锥齿轮的参数化设计.参数化设计的锥齿轮对,按轿车差速器工作原理在CATIA中装配后,啮合良好,无干涉,验证了模型建立的正确性.%The principle, process, method and interface of parametric modeling of straight bevel gear with CATIA were introduced. A manual creation of template for parametric bevel gear and the related issues about automatically updating the model with key parametric variable driving were explored, so that the parametric design of the straight bevel gear for car differential was reliazed. When the parametric ally de signed straight bevel gear pair was assembled in CATIA according to the operational principle of the car differential, they meshed well without interference. Thus the correctness of the model creation was veri fied.
