掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料的高温性能评价方法

         

摘要

为研究掺加抗车辙剂沥青混合料的高温性能,选用车辙试验和单轴静载蠕变试验,通过动稳定度(DS)、综合稳定系数(CSI)、高温劲度模量和Burgers模型对掺入国产A、国外A、国外B抗车辙剂的沥青混合料进行高温性能评价.车辙试验结果表明,掺加抗车辙剂后的沥青混合料动稳定度大幅提升,但动稳定度和车辙深度的背离导致其无法确定,在现有的车辙试验基础上,用CSI评价沥青混合料的高温稳定性更合理.通过将单轴静载蠕变试验得到的高温劲度模量和Burgers模型4个参数作为加入抗车辙剂沥青混合料高温性能的评价指标,同时采用粘弹性理论分析Burgers模型4个参数影响沥青混合料热稳定性的因素,结果表明上述试验方法能很好地对其高温性能进行评价.%Based on the rutting test and uniaxial static creep test and by using the dynamic stability (DS) , complex stability index (CSI), high-temperature stiffness modulus and Burgers model, the high-tempera ture performance of the asphalt mixed with three kinds of anti-rutting agent was evaluated. The results of the rutting test showed that, although the dynamic stability of the mixture was greatly improved, yet for the confliction between dynamic stability and rutting depth, it was difficult to discriminate the impacts of three anti-rutting agents on the high-temperature performance of the mixture, so that, based on the rut ting test, the evaluation of high-temperature stability of the asphalt mixture with CSI would be more rea sonable. The high-temperature stiffness modulus and four parameters Burgers model obtained from uniax ial static creep test were taken as well as the evaluation indexes of high-temperature performance of the as phalt mixture and the four parameters of Burgers model were selected to describe the viscoelastic behavior of asphalt mixture and analyze their influence on thermal stability of asphalt mixture. It was shown the foregoing test methods could well be used to evaluate the high-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture.
