偏置式平行耦合带状传输线的特性分析

         

摘要

运用合成渐近法推导出了偏置式平行耦合带状传输线的自电容和互电容的计算公式,所得公式简单、精确,且具有清晰的物理意义.在此基础上,根据传输线基本理论计算了其奇偶模特性阻抗和 耦合系数.经实例验证发现,所得公式计算结果与矩量法数值计算结果对比,最大误差小于5%,平均误差小于2%,充分验证了本文所推导公式的正确性,也为相关微波集成电路的设计及分析提供了参考.%Formulas of self-capacitance and mutual-capacitance for offset parallel-coupled strip transmission lines are derived with synthetic asymptote method and the formulas obtained are simple, accurate, and of clear physical meaning.The odd and even mode characteristic impedances and coupling coefficients are computed based on the obtained formulas and the basic theory of the transmission lines.It is found by practical examples for verification that the maximum error will be less than 5% and the average error will be less than 2% when compared with that obtained with the method of moment, so that the validity of the novel formulas derived in the paper is verified sufficiently.It will also provide a reference for design and analysis of relevant microwave integrated circuits.
