动物伦理与动物福利概述

摘要

In the view of Confucian ecological ethics and non-anthropocentricism, this paper briefly de-scribes the essential ideas of animal ethics and further discusses ethical problems caused by artificial insemi-nation, embryo transfer, animal cloning and transgenic animals. It illustrates the inner link between animal welfare and animal ethical problems, claiming that only after the ethics of sustainable development have been followed, a harmonious development between the human being, animals and nature can be realized.%从儒家动物生态伦理和非人类中心主义两方面简述了动物伦理的基本思想，并讨论了人工授精、胚胎移植、动物克隆技术和转基因动物等引发的伦理问题，介绍了动物伦理问题的解决与实现动物福利之间的内在联系，认为只有坚持可持续发展的伦理观，才能促使人与动物乃至自然的和谐发展。
