隔冷液对BOG压缩机气缸底部温度和应力场影响

             

摘要

运用热-应力间接耦合的方法,模拟计算出隔冷液在不同温度和流量条件下气缸的温度场,并以温度场作为应力场计算的载荷,运用热弹性力学理论,对气缸壁的应力进行了分析,并着重模拟气缸底部应力的变化.结果表明:隔冷液的加入,可以有效的保冷.由于增大隔冷液流速会增加流动阻力,因此并非流速越快越好,模拟结果表明:当隔冷液流速稳定在1.5 m/s附近时,保冷效果比较好,气缸底部热应力较小.而在隔冷液流速不变的前提下,隔冷效果随着温度的增高而加强,气缸底部热应力也随之减小.%The thermo-stress indirect coupling numerical simulation is employed to calculate the temperature field of cylinder wall under different temperatures and flow rates.And the thermo-elasticity theory is employed to analyze and calculate the stress field of cylinder wall and to simulate the stress change of cylinder bottom with the load of temperature field.The results show that the addition of the separated-cold fluid can effectively keep the cold.The simulation results show that when the coolant flow rate is stable at 1.5 m/s,the cold preservation effect is better,and the thermal stress of the bottom of the cylinder is smaller.While under the premise of the constant flow rate of the separated-cold fluid,the cold preservation effect is strengthened with the increase of the temperature,and the thermal stress of the bottom of the cylinder is also reduced.
