In this paper, ANSYS software has been used to investigate the temperature field, deformation and stress distributions, and the clearance variation of piston rings and rider rings of a BOG compressor cylinder operating in the conditions with the varied suc-tion temperature from -162° to +30° and the varied discharge temperature from -115° to +151°. The preload of cylinder head bolts was also analyzed and determined to meet both the maximal bolt tension limit and cylinder head sealing requirements. The analysis results provide the technical reference for the design of BOG compressor cylinders.%以ANSYS有限元分析为工具,分析计算了某BOG压缩机气缸在满足机组进气温度-162~+30℃,排气温度-115~+151℃时的气缸温度场、变形和应力分布,以及气缸活塞环和支撑环侧隙大小的变化,分析确定了该压缩缸缸盖螺柱的安装预紧力,以满足低温时螺柱受拉力不过载、高温时缸盖处不发生泄漏的要求,从而为该BOG压缩缸结构设计提供了技术参考依据.
