苏共党内民主制度的长期缺失与苏联剧变

摘要

Drastic changes of Former Soviet Union are a major event in the world history of the 20th century. It has caused a tremen- dous impact on Former Soviet Union and the world socialist movement. Drastic changes of Former Soviet Union are closely related to the long-term absence of a sound democratic system in the CPSU. The absence caused devastating consequences to the CPSU and the Soviet socialist system and also seriously weakened the party＇s political ability and destroyed the people＇s democratic system. It serves as is the major reason for the combination of factors to play a lasting role. Drastic changes in Former Soviet Union marks the defeat of the Soviet-style s~ialism. Long-term absence of a sound democratic system within the party is an important feature of Soviet-style so- cialism and also an important reason for the Soviet-style socialist failure.%苏联剧变是20世纪世界历史上的一件大事,它对苏联和世界社会主义运动造成了巨大影响。苏联剧变与苏共党内长期缺乏完善的民主制度密切相关。党内民主制度的缺失对苏共和苏联社会主义制度造成了灾难性的后果：严重地削弱了党的执政能力,破坏了人民民主制度。苏共党内民主制度的长期缺失是影响苏联剧变的综合因素能够长期发挥作用的主要原因,苏联剧变标志着苏联式社会主义的败亡。党内长期缺乏健全的民主制既是苏联式社会主义的重要特征,又是导致苏联式社会主义败亡的重要原因之一。
