The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy laid a foundation for the construction of an integrated urban system in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The establishment of Xiong'an New District further promoted the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. In order to better promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the "third pole" of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban system needs to be built with Shijiazhuang as the core. This district development mode will exert Shijiazhuang, s influence upon the east areas so as to strengthen the development of "Wuji-Shenze-Anping" section.
