区域经济合作与发展：基于丽江-攀枝花的实证研究

摘要

The achievements of our existing regional economic cooperation differ in thousands of ways. The reason of different effectiveness depends on the efficiency of cooperation and the structure of inter-regional capacity.Cooperative effect is good if the competency gap is small,on the contrary ,it is poor.Through capacity building to narrow the regional cooperation capacity gap,to promote cooperation area ability structure matching,which is the key to promote the regional economic cooperation and devel-opment.%我国现有区域经济合作的成效千差万别，效率高低不一的原因在于合作效率与地区间的能力结构密切相关，能力差距小的合作的效果就好，能力差距大的合作效果就差。通过能力建设来缩小合作地区的能力差距，促进合作地区能力结构的匹配是推进区域经济合作与发展的关键。
