高校思想政治理论课隐性教育功能的扩展

摘要

Recessive education is relative to the dominant education.Recessive education is an important part of school education,which can have imperceptible influence on student′s thought.The efficiency of resources in extensions can enhance the effect of the recessive ideological education in colleges and uni-versities better accomplish the aim of education for students.Firstly recessive education in three respects:characteristics,functions and advantages was summarized.Secondly the relationship between the reces-sive education and ideological work was discussed.Finally the efficiency of the recessive ideological edu-cation in colleges and universities resources extension was analyzed,hoping to help for improving the ef-fectiveness of the recessive ideological education in colleges and universities.%隐性教育是相对于显性教育而言的，是学校教育的重要组成部分，能够在潜移默化中对学生的思想进行影响。对高校思想政治教育隐性教育资源的效能进行扩展能够提升高校思想政治教育隐性教育的效果，更好地达成对学生进行教育的目的。力图对高校思想政治教育隐性教育及效能扩展进行分析，希望能够对提高高校思想政治教育隐性教育的效能有所帮助。
