唇裂整复术围手术期护理

摘要

总结了59例唇裂整复术患儿术前访视、术中护理配合，术后麻醉苏醒管理等护理过程要求及唇裂整复术的围手术期护理经验。护理结果为59例手术患儿均手术顺利，伤口甲级愈合，表明围手术期的正确护理，对保证手术顺利，提高手术成功率有重要作用。%Summary is made on nursing experience of 59 children patients with cleft lip reconstructive surgery about preoperative visit, the intraoperative nursing cooperation, and care of postoperative anesthetic revival and nursing experience is discussed on perioperative care of cleft lip reconstructive surgery. The 59 cases of surgery showed that all the operation went smoothly, the wounds healed at the first, which showed that the correct perioperative nursing care can guarantee the operation smoothly and improve the success rate of surgery.
