结构振动控制的认识和思考

摘要

地震灾害给人类带来了不可估量的伤害和损失。传统的抗震设计采取消极的对策，以规范规定的“设防烈度”作为设计依据，采用“硬抗”的途径，依靠结构自身性能（强度、刚度、变形能力、耗能能力）来抵御地震作用。结构振动控制通过在结构上安装控制装置来调谐减轻结构的地震反应，为结构抗震设计提供了新的思路。%Earthquake brings immeasurable harm and loss to human beings .Traditional seismic design takes a negative strategy ,fortification intensity as design basis ,adopting the way of “hard resistance” ,relying on structure performance (strength ,stiffness ,deformation capacity ,energy dissipation capacity ) to resist seismic action .Struc-ture vibration control technology ,by installing control device in the structure tuning to reduce seismic response ,of-fers a new way for Structural seismic design .
