浅析现代学徒制人才培养模式

摘要

校企合作的现代学徒制是指以提高理论和专业技能为目标，以学生为主体，以专业设置、课程改革为纽带，在学校教师和企业职工共同参与指导下，校企深度合作的三位（学生、教师、职工）一体的人才培养新模式。人才培养是“三位一体”学徒制的根本功能，校企一体化是现代学徒制成功的基础。%Aimed to improve the theory and practical skills of students ,linked by curriculum setting and re-form ,cooperated by college teachers and enterprise staff ,the modern apprenticeship of college-enterprise coopera-tion is a new talents-cultivating model .Talents-cultivating is the basic function ,while college-enterprise coop-eration is the foundation of its success .
