高职现代学徒制人才培养模式浅析

s:Bound by system and mechanism, less power of school teachers and lack of educational resources, Tradi-tional vocational education quality of teaching performance is low. However,modern apprenticeship brings new vi-tality into vocational education as it conforms to China's industrial economy upgrade. Under the mechanism of mod-ern apprenticeships, all parties including the education regulating authorities, vocational colleges and enterprises should participate in vocational education, strengthen innovation and vitality, and actively introduce advanced tech-nology enterprise talent as tutors at colleges, enhance the power of colleges teachers. Meanwhile, optimizing the teaching resources and strengthening the teaching quality supervision system will prompt education Vocational Train-ing onto a new level.%传统职业教育受体制和机制的束缚，同时师资队伍力量不足和办学资源匮乏，导致教学质量绩效较低。现代学徒制顺应我国产业经济的升级，为我国职业教育融入新的活力。政府教育监管部门、高职院校和企业共同参与高职人才培养，加强现代学徒制下的机制创新活力，积极引进企业的高级技术人才担任高职院校师傅，提升高职院校师资队伍，同时优化教学资源，强化教学质量监管体系，促使高职教育人才培养上一个新台阶。
