地方职业院校图书馆特色化建设研究

摘要

With the development of the library construction in the local vocational colleges ,how to create the characteristics of the library has become the focus of the library construction .After justifying the necessity of con-ducting the characteristics construction ,the paper discusses the detailed strategies of the library construction from three aspects of library’s sources ,service mode and human resources .%随着地方职业院校图书馆建设的深入发展，如何打造图书馆特色逐步成为图书馆建设的核心焦点课题。文章在论证了地方职业院校图书馆特色化建设的必要性的基础上，分别从馆藏资源、服务模式和人力资源三个方面论述了地方职业院校图书馆特色化建设的具体策略。
