快递从业人员压力及调整建议

The express mail service industry is developing rapidly in China ,but the industrial administration is not standard .Therefore ,the staff faces huge pressure in terms of the complexity of work ,interpersonal communica-tion ,self promotion and other perspectives .Express mail service industry should subdivide the work ,set up employ-ment standards and evaluation system ,change the structure of salary ,so as to bring appropriate humane care to the staff .%由于中国快递增加迅速，行业管理不规范，快递从业人员工作面临着工作复杂性、人际交往、自我提升等方面带来的压力。快递行业应进行工作细分，制定从业标准与考核体系，改变薪酬结构，给予员工适当的人文关怀。
