基于超文本挖掘技术的期刊审稿专家库的构建

摘要

In the processing of the academic periodical contributions, the review of contribu- tions is a critical step. Experts'opinion is the important criterion for the adoption of the con- tribution, which also reflects the academic quality of the journal. However there are some de- fects in the traditional expert base: lack of accuracy and comprehensiveness, the need of great amount of collection, no access to the sharing of information. In the age of the development of fast information processing technology, with the hypertext mining technology, hypertext, with its rich information structure, humane and multidimensional network structure, is gradually replacing the traditional text and becoming the mainstream of the information retrieval. The expert database plays an important role in improving the efficiency of data mining. This paper elaborates on the effect and significance of the hypertext mining technology in the construction of expert database for periodicals.%学术期刊稿件处理程序中十分关键的一个环节是审稿，专家审稿意见是稿件是否被采纳的重要依据，审稿环节很大程度上决定着期刊学术质量的高低。传统的审稿专家库一般存在信息不够准确和全面，信息收集量大，难以实现共享等缺陷。在信息技术快速发展的时代，超文本以丰富的形式，人性化的多维网状结构，正逐渐取代传统文本成为信息检索的主流，审稿专家库对于提高数据挖掘的效率发挥了至关重要的作用。分析了现有期刊审稿专家库存在的问题，介绍了基于超文本挖掘技术构建期刊审稿专家库的方式及其优势。
