旅游者在线消费行为影响因素的研究进展与启示

         

摘要

In the past twenty years, there are more and more scholars beginning to pay attention to the technology development of information communication,and its influence on the tourism and tourist behavior.Focusing on the influential factors and performance character-istics of online tourism consuming behavior,there is wide research and discussion.Through listing systematically some relevant literatures,the author finds that the key points of research mainly concentrate on the following three aspects:consumer characteristics,network sales channels,and network products.Finally,based on the present research situation the article puts forward problems and directions deserved to be noticed.%在过去的二十年里,越来越多的学者关注信息交流技术的发展,及其对旅游业和旅游者行为的影响,并围绕旅游者在线消费行为的影响因素展开了广泛的研究与探讨。通过相关文献的梳理,发现旅游者在线旅游消费行为的影响因素主要集中在消费者特征、网络销售渠道和网络产品三个方面,并基于研究现状提出值得关注的问题和方向。
