论当前中国社会的利益冲突与权力整合

摘要

During the past reformation, appeared the imbalance and conflict of different interest parties which restricts the redistribution of other social resources, weakens the Party＇ s ruling power, turns ruling resources in droves and severely cripples the Party＇ s ruling basis. To coordinate interest relationship roots in the rational allocation and restriction to such political resources as power. The relationship between the whole society＇ s developing and the individual＇ s interest should be balanced. A concept appropriate for the modern society＇ s developing be set up among the public, the effectiveness of the present political governing be approved, the governing power＇ s legitimacy be consolidated.%中国社会改革与发展的过程中存在各种利益冲突及矛盾,这些冲突一方面加剧了社会资源的稀缺,另一方面会导致执政党的执政权威弱化、严重削弱了执政党的执政根基,产生社会动荡。协调利益关系,关键在于对权力在内的众多资源进行合理有效的分配和制约,通过权力整合建立健全中国利益协调机制,平衡宏观经济社会发展与微观主体利益需求之间的关系,引导社会民众树立与现代社会发展理念相吻合的理性观念,认同现代政治管理的有效性,巩固政治权威的合法性,形成多元主体共同参与下的社会和谐发展。
