牙周病与2型糖尿病相关性的临床研究

摘要

Aim:To explore the relationship between the blood glucose level as well as the disease of course in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and periodontal diseases.Methods:The questionnaire survey and clinical examination were used to investigate 1 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and control group.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the blood glucose level to analyze the correlation between the blood glucose control situation and gingivitis or peri-odontitis.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into four groups according to the course of disease to analyze the correlation between the course of type 2 diabetes mellitus and gingivitis or periodon-titis.Results:The prevalence of gingivitis or periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus group(59.8%) is higher than that of control group(32.3%),which is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05 ).The prevalence of gingivitis or periodontitis with poorly-controlled blood glucose group(73.5%) is higher than the well-controlled group(42.1%)(P<0.05 ).There is also significant difference among 4 groups of different courses of disease in the prevalence of gingivitis or periodontitis respectively (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The type 2 diabetes mellitus is closely related to the periodontal disease,and there is a correlation between the blood glucose control situation as well as the course of disease and the preva-lence of gingivitis or periodontitis.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及病程与牙周病的临床关系。方法：对174名2型糖尿病（T2 DM）患者及对照组进行问卷调查和临床检查。根据血糖控制情况将患者分为两组，分析2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况与牙龈炎/牙周炎患病情况的关系。根据患者糖尿病病程分为4组，分析2型糖尿病病程与牙龈炎/牙周病患病情况的关系。结果：174例T2DM患者中，牙龈炎/牙周炎104例，无牙龈炎/牙周炎70例，将其与对照组65例非糖尿病人牙周状况进行比较，2型糖尿病牙龈炎/牙周炎患病率（59.8％）高于对照组（32.3％），差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；血糖控制较差的2型糖尿病牙龈炎/牙周炎患病率（73.5％）高于血糖控制较好者（42.1％）（P＜0.05）；2型糖尿病4组不同病程的牙龈炎/牙周炎患病率存在显著差异性（P＜0.05）。结论：2型糖尿病与牙周患病情况密切相关；2型糖尿病的患者牙周状况明显差于非糖尿病患者，而且血糖控制较差及较长病程均有可能进一步加重牙龈炎/牙周炎病情。
