Aim:To determine the value of ultrasound and mammography combination in breast disease diagnosis.Methods:Two hundred and twenty cases are collected.All patients must have the breast ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography done,and have had pathological diagnosis.Summarized the characteristic of ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography images and compared the results with the pathological diagnosis.Finally,the value of the two radiological methods in breast disease diagnosis was evaluated.Results:In these 220 cases,pathological diagnosis showed 92 benign and 128 malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of ultrasound and mammography combination are 95.3％,71.7％,82.4％,91.7％ and 85.5％ respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography have highly clinical values in breast disease diagnosis.Combined usage can increase the sensitivity and positive predictive value.%目的:探讨超声与钼靶X线对乳腺肿块的联合诊断价值.方法:收集同时行乳腺钼靶X线及超声检查并经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块患者220例.总结其超声声像图和钼靶X线的特点,并与手术病理结果进行对比.结果:220例中良性92例,恶性者128例.两种检查方法联合应用对乳腺恶性肿块诊断敏感性为95.3％,特异性71.7％,阳性预测值82.4％,阴性预测值91.7％,准确性为85.5％.结论:乳腺超声和钼靶X线在乳腺肿块诊断中具有较高的临床价值,联合应用可提高诊断敏感性和阴性预测值.
