N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖/纳米β-磷酸三钙复合材料的制备及其物理性能测试

             

摘要

采用机械混合-热压成型法制备N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖(N,O-CMC)/纳米β-磷酸三钙(n-β-TCP)复合材料,并通过吸水率、显气孔率和抗压强度比较不同质量比的复合材料的物理性能及形貌差异.结果表明,随n-β-TCP粉末质量比的增大,复合材料的吸水率和显气孔率增大,抗压强度先减小后增大.激光共焦扫描显微镜表明,随着n-β-TCP粉末质量比的增大,复合材料中孔的分布逐渐均匀,孔径大小趋于一致.当m(N,O-CMC):m(n-β-TCP)=1时,所得复合材料中均匀分布约1~6 μm的孔,且n-β-TCP较均匀地分散在N,O-CMC中.%N, O-carboxymethyl chitosan ( N, O-CMC )/nano-β-tricalcium (n-β-TCP) composite materials were prepared by means of mechanical mixing coupled with hot press molding. In order to compare the physical properties and morphologies of the composites with different mass ratios, the water absorption, apparent porosity and compressive strength of the composite materials were investigated. The results show that with n-β-TCP content increasing the water absorption and apparent porosity increase , but the compressive strength decreases first and then increases. The confocal laser scanning microscopy shows that with the increase of the addition amount of n-β-TCP, the pores existed in the composites are well distributed, what's more, the pore size tends to be uniform. When m ( N, O-CMC): m (n-β-TCP) = 1, the pores are well distributed in the obtained composites and the pore sizes are about 1- 6 μm. Moreover, the n-β-TCP powder is well distributed in the N,O-CMC.
