重结晶法制备次氯血红素

摘要

Deuterohemin was synthesized from hemin via the reduction of resorcinol. By multiple recrystallization, the purification of the heme was resolved. Deuterohemin was obtained, with a purity of more than 95% and a yield of more than 85%.%以氯化血红素为原料,经间苯二酚还原,合成了次氯血红素.采用多次重结晶方法,使所得的次氯血红素质量分数大于95％,收率大于85％.
