摘要

考虑一维光子晶体的吸收特性与电场分布，分析了吸收介质和激活介质缺陷对光子晶体吸收率的影响，并分别计算了有缺陷和无缺陷时的电场分布。%We studied the absorption property and electric field distribution of one-dimensional photonic crystals,the effects of absorbing medium and active medium defect layer on photonic crystals absorption property,and the electric field distribution of photonic crystals with and without defect layer,respectively.
