The author considered the polar factorization,generalized inverse and perturbation bound of row (column)symmetric matrix,and gave the calculation formula of the polar factorization and generalized inverse of row (column ) symmetric matrix.Some perturbation bounds of the polar factorization of row (column)symmetric matrix were presented.The results show that the algorithm is simple and fast,and it doesn’t reduce the numerical accuracy.%考虑行(列)对称矩阵的极分解、广义逆和扰动界,给出了行(列)对称矩阵的极分解及广义逆的计算公式,并推出了行(列)对称矩阵极分解的若干扰动界。结果表明,该方法简便快捷,且不降低数值精度。
