我国退役运动员就业难的原因及其教育对策

摘要

研究运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探讨了我国退役运动员就业面临困境的4大原因：就业渠道狭窄、就业政策滞后、就业观念封闭、就业能力缺失;并从教育的角度论述了相关对策：加强综合素质的教育,侧重文化素质的教育,增加职业技能的教育。%Based on literature and expert interview,the paper discusses the four major causes of Chinese retired athletes＇ employment： the channel of employment is narrow,the policy of employment is obsolete,the concept of employment is in arrears,and the ability of employment is scarcity.The author also discusses some countermeasures from the angle of education： strengthening the overall quality of education,focusing on cultural quality education,increase vocational skills education and so on.
