对山西省高校社会体育专业人才培养模式的思考

         

摘要

By using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,interviews and other methods to Shanxi five university(Shanxi University,Shanxi University of Finance and Economics,Shanxi Normal University,Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,Bei University) social sports professional talent training mode carries on the analysis comparison.Get:1.Shanxi University,Taiyuan University of Science and Technology Bei this three university talents training target are almost the same.Shanxi University of Finance and Economics training target is will sports knowledge and economic management knowledge combined.Shanxi normal university focuses on train comprehensive social sports professionals.2.college in social sports professional in the curriculum system in each has its own characteristics.3.various universities put emphasis on practical teaching link,but practice base construction is weak.4.has been formed diverse talents training mode has "2+2" type,"pour T","integrated" three.Advice is: 1.should be continuously explore and social sports professionals working closely aligned with the future course.2.the schools of lack of problems facing practice base,can through the cooperation with each other and with social cooperation,and make full use of resources.3.all kinds of sports talents training mode inadequate through the curriculum can be improved.%采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等方法对山西省5所高校社会体育专业人才培养模式进行比较分析。得出结论:1、山西大学、中北大学、太原科技大学这3所高校社会体育专业人才培养目标几乎相同。山西财经大学社会体育专业培养目标则是将体育知识与经济管理知识相结合。山西师范大学则注重培养综合型社会体育专业人才。2、高校社会体育专业在课程体系上各具特色。3、各高校重视实践教学环节,但是实践基地建设薄弱。4、已经形成多样化人才培养模式"2+2型"、"倒T型"、"综合型"三种。建议是:1、应不断探索与社会体育专业人才未来工作紧密联系的课程。2、各校面临的实践基地缺乏问题,可以通过互相合作以及与社会合作,充分利用资源。3、各种体育人才培养模式存在不足可以通过课程设置进行改善。
