%Objective:To observe the changes of Cd and Pb in liver and kidney of ratsunder the condition of subacute hypoxin. Methods: Subacute hypoxin environment was simulat-ed in hypobaric chamber and then with rats exposed at an altitude of 7 km(1.5 h/d) once aday,Cd and Pb contents in liver and kidney of rats were determined by WHF-Ⅱ(AAS). Re-sults: Cd and Pb contents in two subacute-hypoxin groups were much higher than those of thecontrol groups(P<0.05). Cd and Pb contents in liver and Cd content in kidney in 20-daygroup were much higher than those of 10-day group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Subacute hypoxinenvironment may lead to a significant increase of Cd and Pb contents in liver and kidney, andkeepincreasing with time prolonged.
