永吉县某中学161名教师健康状况分析

摘要

目的：对永吉县某中学161名教师体检报告进行分析，了解中学教师的健康状况并提出指导性建议。方法调查永吉县某中学教师健康状况，收集其健康体检指标并进行整理，采用SPSS17．0进行统计分析。结果在受检161名教师中，疾病和异常检出率居前三位的分别是：体质指数偏高，骨密度检测异常，脂肪肝；不同性别教师间，除肝脏异常和多导心电图异常指标外，其余主要疾病及异常具有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；不同年龄组教师间，BMI偏高，脂肪肝，多导心电图异常，血压偏高，骨密度检测异常，肝脏异常，肾脏异常指标均具有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。结论本次调查发现40岁以下年轻教师BMI偏高占总体的26．7％，甘油三酯异常为36．7％，脂肪肝为25％。%Objective To analyze the results of Physical Examination of 161 teachers in a senior school of Yongji , know the health status and offer the preventive policy for them .Methods A senior high school teachers were select-ed and the indexes of physical examination were measured .The statistics was analyzed by software of SPSS 17.0.Re-sults The abnormal detective rate was 146 among 161 teachers and the top three of the medical disorders were body mass index(BMI),bone mineral density and fatty liver.Except electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormal and fatty liver, there were significant difference ( P<0.05) among the rest of the main diseases and abnormalities between genders . There were significant difference (P<0.05) among BMI,fatty liver,ECG,blood pressure,bone mineral density and liver and renal abnormal in different age group .Conclusion Teachers under the age of 40,BMI is higher and is a-bout 26.7%,high triglycerides is 36.7%,fatty liver is 25%among the teachers.
