邻菲咯啉和脂肪类羧酸配体构筑的两个镉配合物的合成和晶体结构

     

摘要

Two cadmium(Ⅱ)coordination polymers,[Cd(tar)(phen)]n(1)and [Cd(fum)(phen)]n(2)[tar = tartrate,fum = fumarate,phen = 1,10-phenanthroline],have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions through the reaction of Cd(phen)2(NO3)2 and aliphatic carboxylate ligand,and further characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that both compounds crystallize in the momoclinic,space group P2(1)/c and P2/c for 1 and 2,respectively.The tartrate ligand in 1 shows the asymmetric coordination mode,and the Cd(Ⅱ)atoms are bridged by carboxylate ligand exhibiting a 1D chain.The π-π stacking can also be found between the phen ligands of the adjacent chains,which are further forms a 3D supermolecular structure based on hydrogen bond.Compound 2 displays the 2D layer structure.The possible source of the fum ligand in 2 is the decomposed product of the malic acid,which provides a new example of in situ reaction of this type.%以金属有机配合物Cd(phen)2(NO3)2同脂肪类羧酸配体水热反应得到了两个配位聚合物[Cd(tar)(phen)]n(1)和[Cd(fum)(phen)]n(2)(tar=酒石酸根离子,fum=反丁烯二酸根离子,phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),并通过X射线单晶结构分析对合成化合物进行了表征.结构分析数据表明,配合物1和2均属于单斜晶系,空间群分别是P2(1)/c和P2/c.配合物1中的酒石酸配体配位方式为不对称型,通过羧酸配体桥联Cd(II)金属中心形成一维折线形链,在相邻链上的phen配体间存在π-π相互作用,一维链并进一步通过氢键形成三维超分子结构.配合物2为二维层状结构,在合成过程中苹果酸脱水形成了反丁烯二酸,这与之前报道的该类型原位反应均有所不同.
