地方高校工程训练中心实践教学改革的研究与实践

摘要

实践教学在人才培养中有特殊的重要性，具有不可替代的作用。要全面提高地方高校教学质量，就必须具有较高的实践教学质量；要优化人才培养模式，很重要的渠道是实践教学环节的优化；实践教学是最能够体现人才培养特色。高等工程本科教育应以培养学生工程素质为目标，只有贯彻实施素质教育与能力培养紧密结合的培养模式，才能适应当前社会发展的需要。%Practice teaching is of special importance in talent cultivation and couldn＇ t be replaced. The im proved teaching quality in universities depends on the advanced quality of practice teaching; the optimization of the personnel training mode on rationaliza
