以醋酐、吗啉为原料,采用D002树脂作为催化剂,在n（醋酐）n（吗啉）=1.04 1,20～126℃,催化剂添加量6%和反应时间3.5 h的最佳条件下,吗啉实现完全转化,未反应物料可以循环使用,过程总收率超过98%,产品纯度达到99.5%以上.%N -acetyl morpholine was prepared with acetic anhydride and morpholine as raw materials and D002 resin as catalyst. The optimum conditions were determined by optimizing the single factor：the ratio of acetieanhydride to morpholine was 1.04 ： 1, room temperature 126 ℃, the catalyst dosage 6% and reaction time 3.5 h. Under the optimun conditions morpholine transformed completely, the unreaeted material was recycled, the total yield of process was over 98% ,and the purity of the product reached more than 99.5%.
