不同枣树品种气体交换特性及水分利用效率影响因子研究

             

摘要

Eight jujube tree species of Chaoyang area Liaoning province were chosen as experiment subject.The net photo-synthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency and its influence factor, gas exchange character were researched.The result showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency of different jujube tree species presented bimodal curve.The maximum value of photosynthetic rate was Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangzao>Zizy-phus jujube Jinsiwangmizao>Zizyphus jujube Jinsimizao>Zizyphus jujube Dong>Zizyphus jujube Sanxing>Zizyphus jujube Dapingding>Zizyphus jujube Shanxi>Zizyphus jujube Dalingdang.The maximum value of transpiration rate was Zizyphus jujube Jinsimizao>Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangzao>Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangmizao>Zizyphus jujube Dalingdang>Zizyphus jujube Dong=Zizyphus jujube Shanxi>Zizyphus jujube Sanxing>Zizyphus jujube Dapingding.The maximum value of water use efficiency was Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangzao>Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangmizao>Zizyphus jujube Jinsimizao>Zizyphus ju-jube Sanxing>Zizyphus jujube Shanxi>Zizyphus jujube Dong>Zizyphus jujube Dapingding>Zizyphus jujube Dalingdang. The Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangzao, Zizyphus jujube Jinsiwangmizao and Zizyphus jujube Jinsimizao whose water use efficiency was highest were suitable for the climate character of drought area Chaoyang.The intercellular CO2 concentration and stom-atal conductance were the direct influence factor of water use efficiency of jujube tree.%以辽宁省朝阳地区8个枣树品种为试验对象,对净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率及其影响因子、气体交换特性进行研究,结果表明:不同枣树品种叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率日变化均呈“双峰型”曲线。光合速率最大值依次为金丝王枣>金丝王蜜枣>金丝蜜枣>冬枣>三星枣>大平顶枣>山西枣树>大铃铛枣;蒸腾速率最大值依次为金丝蜜枣>金丝王枣>金丝王蜜枣>大铃铛枣>冬枣=山西枣树>三星枣>大平顶枣;水分利用效率最大值依次为金丝王枣>金丝王蜜枣>金丝蜜枣>三星枣>山西枣树>冬枣>大平顶枣>大铃铛枣。金丝王枣、金丝王蜜枣和金丝蜜枣3个品种水分利用效率较高,更适合朝阳等干旱地区的气候特点。胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度是枣树水分利用效率最直接的影响因子。
