外商投资小额贷款公司外汇资本金结汇改革试点的现状及建议——以辽宁省为例

国家外汇管理局自2011年底实施外商投资小额贷款公司（以下简称外资小贷公司）外汇资本金结汇改革试点,试点变外汇资本金＂支付结汇制＂为＂额度结汇制＂,辽宁省作为四个试点省份之一,执行试点政策至今,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。%The State Administration of Foreign Exchange since the end of 2011 conducted the pilot reform of foreign exchange capital settlement,changed the settlement police for foreign investment small loan companies from "payment settlement" to "limited amount settlement".Liaoning as one of four pilot provinces has got some achievement since the implementation of the pilot,however there are some problems.
