PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an exchange reservation transaction easily and efficiency.;SOLUTION: A customer terminal receives a transaction rate to be sent from an exchange reservation device depending on a transaction request sent to the exchange reservation device, and sends a conclusion request to the exchange reservation device depending on the transaction rate received; a financial institution terminal receives the transaction request to be sent via the exchange reservation device, sends a spot rate at the transaction request to be inputted depending on the transaction request to the exchange reservation device; the exchange reservation device storing a determined forward spread received the transaction request to be sent from the customer terminal to transfer into the financial institution terminal, receives the spot rate to be sent from the financial institution terminal, calculates the transaction rate based on the forward spread stored into a forward spread storing part and the spot rate received by a spot rate receiving part, sends the transaction rate to the customer terminal and receives the conclusion request to be sent from the customer terminal depending on the transaction rate sent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
