农村地区银行卡市场发展潜力大、前景广阔，但同时也存在着制度设计不合理、政策扶持不够等问题。本文从吉林省发展农村地区银行卡市场的实践出发，探讨破解农村地区银行卡市场发展的制约因素和对策建议，期望将银行卡这一支付工具更好地应用于广大农村地区、惠及广大农民群众。%The development of bank card market in rural areas is promising, but there are also problems such as unreasonable system design, insufifcient policy support and so on.. This paper discusses the practice of developing rural bank card market in Jilin Province, restriction factor and Countermeasure, expecting to apply to the vast rural areas, to beneift the majority of farmers.
