摘要

舒兰农村商业银行自2011年8月改制挂牌后,紧紧围绕人才战略、科技战略、法制战略和文化战略,坚持“农民致富银行、社区兴业银行和微企成长银行”的市场定位,扎根“三农”领域,积极探索差异化、特色化的创新发展之路,各项业务取得长足进步。但随着农村金融市场竞争日益激烈,在市场竞争中如何立于不败之地,竞争战略的选择显得尤为重要,本文就舒兰农商行竞争战略选择进行重点分析论述。%Shulan rural commercial bank since August 2011 restructuring after the listing, closely around the talent strategy, technology strategy, legal strategy and cultural strategy, adhere to the "rich farmers bank, community bank Societe Generale and micro enterprises to grow the market positioning of the bank", rooted in "three rural" areas and actively explore the differentiation, characteristics of the innovation and development of the road, the business made great progress.
