土地利用中耕地保护的探讨

摘要

Since the fast development of economy speeds up the progress of industrialization and urbanization,it is necessary to protect the farmland.Our people have to face the problem of grain security.Must strengthen the basic of agriculture,protect the farmland strictly,make use of the farmland in a scientific,efficient and intensive way,stick to the deadline of 1.800.000.000 mou farmland,carry out the principles of grain security firmly.These policies have become the priority among priorities to build up the social economy systems.%近年来随着我国经济的快速增长,工业化、城市化进程的不断加快,耕地保护形势显得十分严峻,耕地数量的逐年锐减,粮食安全问题也切切实实摆在了国人面前。因此,巩固和加强农业的基础地位,严格地保护耕地,科学、高效、集约利用土地,坚守18亿亩耕地红线,实行最严格的耕地保护制度,已成为我国建立社会经济体系的重中之重。
