通过对应用型本科财务管理专业人才知识结构的分析,按照财务管理专业"强实践→善实务→能创新"的阶梯应用能力培养目标,提出了"业务知识→复合知识→创新知识"的阶梯式人才培养模式,并构建了与三个阶梯能力相互拟合的阶梯式特色化的课程体系。%By analyzing the knowledge structure of Financial Management in application-oriented undergraduate education,the paper presents a stepped training mode of "operation knowledge → compound knowledge → innovative knowledge" of Financial Management according to the ability goals of "strong practice→good practice → innovation",and designs the stepped course system adapting to three stepped capabilities.
