Using randomized block experimental design to compare the effect of different top-dressing period of N fertilizer on the biomass accumulation of annual seedlings of Cortex phellodendri,the results showed that the biomass accumulation of roots,stems,leaves and whole seedlings were significantly higher than other treatments and control after four Top-dressing times(one times in the seedling stage,two times in fast-growing stage,one times in the stage of growth late time) under the same situation of other conditions and total amount of fertilization%采用随机区组试验设计,比较氮肥不同追肥时期对黄檗一年生播种苗生物量积累的影响。研究结果表明:在其它条件相同的情况下,在施肥总量相等条件下,黄檗播种苗氮肥进行四次追肥后(幼苗期一次、速生期两次,生长后期一次),根、茎、叶以及整株苗木生物量的积累明显高于其他处理和对照。
