嘉兴市现代农业组织模式研究

摘要

嘉兴市的现代农业组织模式有龙头企业主导型、质量安全可追溯型、生态高效共生型、生态循环全产业链、工商资本融入型、农户公司带动型六种模式，这些模式的经验值得为相关区域所借鉴，但这些模式还存在着发展不成熟、不平衡、不规范、规模偏小、功能偏窄、从业人员短缺、土地资源供应得不到保证、发展资金难以落实、社会化服务不健全等问题。完善现代农业组织模式的途径是健全组织结构及运作机制，加强宏观调控和扶持力度，健全社会化服务体系。%Jiaxing Modern Agriculture Organization modes consist of the six types:leading enterprise -oriented,quality and safety type,eco-efficient mode ,ecological cycle of the whole industrial chain,industrial and commercial capital inflow model,company- led households mode.Experience of these models are worth learning by the relevant region,but these models are still immature,unbalanced,less standardized,in small-scale,and with narrow function,shortage of human resources,unguaranteed land resources supply,inadequate development funds,inadequate social services and etc.Perfection of the modern agricultural organization model lies in improvement on organizational structure and operational mechanism,strengthening macro- control and support efforts,and improving the social service system.
