高速液压联轴器应力分析

         

摘要

应用平面应变法求解液压联轴器的应力分量与径向位移,对于轴与内套接触面,分别从消除间隙、传递扭矩,以及离心力对径向应力的影响三个方面进行应力与位移状态分析.通过计算得到液压联轴器在满足传递扭矩工况下,静止与工作两种状态时零件的von mises 应力远小于材料的屈服极限.为液压联轴器的安装使用提供计算依据.%The plane strain method is used to solve the stress components and radial displacement of hydraulic couplings. The stress and displacement state of the contact surfaces of the shaft and the inner sleeve are analyzed from the three aspects of eliminating clearance, transmitting torque, and centrifugal force. By calculating the static and working state of the hydraulic couplings under the condition of the transmission torque, the von mises stress of the part is far less than the yield limit of the material. This paper provides calculation basis for installation and use of hydraulic couplings.
