聚羧酸盐分散剂在50%氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂中的应用

         

摘要

本文将聚羧酸盐类分散剂应用于50%氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂配方的制备,探索了加工工艺路线以及配方组分,得到了最佳工艺路线为:先经过湿法粉碎再经过喷雾干燥完成造粒.造粒条件为:喷雾干燥进风口温度:135℃,出风口温度为:72℃,进料流量:21.2mL/min,雾化器压力为:12×104kPa.最佳配方配比为:氟啶虫酰胺50%,WS-03 3%,DF-89 8%,NN0 16%,硫酸钠6%,GYX-60 1%,高岭土补足至100%.该制剂的各项性能指标均符合干悬浮剂加工要求.%In this study, the polycarboxylate dispersant was applied to the preparation of 50% flonicamid dry suspension formulation, and its processing route and formulation components were explored.Granulation was finished by wet grinding and spray drying.The best technological route has been obtained, the granulation conditions are as follows:the spray drying inlet temperature is 135 ℃, the outlet temperature is 72 ℃, the feed flow rate is 21.2 mL/min, and the atomizer pressure is 12 × 104 kPa.Optimum formula:50% flonicamid, 3% WS-03, 8% DF-89, 16% NNO, 6% sodium sulfate 1%GYX-60, kaolin was replenished to 100%.The performance indicators of the preparation are in line with the requirements of dry suspension processing.
